Depending on your needs, DWL provides coaching to directors, managers and staff.
How does it work?
- DWL conducts in-depth program assessments with program leadership and staff to identify program strengths and areas in need of improvements.
- We work collaboratively with the program to come up with a work plan that is best suited to the needs of staff and the young people that they serve.
- DWL staff provides on-site and/or phone coaching to support your program’s improvement.
Coaching services can include assistance with program planning and design, classroom observations and feedback sessions, staff development planning, materials research and development, and instructional design.
Depending on resources and priorities of the client organization, coaching sessions can be provided over the course of a few weeks, months, or an entire academic year.
