Practitioner Networks

Practitioner networks provide ongoing dialogue and development.  DWL’s professional facilitators will help program staff and managers engage with peers around specific topics to improve your program quality.

How does it work?

  1. Participants choose a topic.
  2. We conduct a needs assessment and develop a plan together with the client.
  3. DWL facilitates over 1 to 2 years: in person meetings, coaching, Skype and/or conference calls.
  4. Participants complete a final presentation/showcase on what they have learned.
