Our training series provides the opportunity to introduce and develop ideas and practice. DWL customizes our workshops and offers them in a sequence to meet the needs of participants.
How does it work?
- Working with project directors to understand program goals, DWL develops customized workshop series that help staff create dynamic and engaging experiences for young people.
- DWL facilitates 3 to 5 in-person workshops and/or webinars to a cohort of participants over 1 year.
- Participants evaluate the sessions and their own professional growth throughout the process.
- Following the last training, a cumulative evaluation is conducted.
