Embrace Various Versions of Your Leader-Self

Technology like Lensa AI allows you to imagine yourself in different ways.  Run a few selfies  through the app and suddenly you see so many different versions of yourself.  

Some may align with how you see yourself. Some may not. 

While it was really fun to see the various presentations of me this app  generated, it also got me thinking:

• What would this version of me be like as a leader? 

• What about that one? 

• What aspects of this person exist in me IRL?

Look at the confidence here.  The playfulness there. The empathy and caring. The adventure. The badass. The ethereal.

And I’m amazed at how familiar many of these faces are.  They could be me.  They are me–on different days, different times, at varying degrees. I just have to see them. Embrace them. Be them.

You know the old advertisement, “New Year, New You”... 

Leader-friends, as we get started in this new year, we don’t need a new you. 

We don’t actually want a new you.

We want more of the whole you.

We want the various versions of you to be more fully present in your leadership & your life.
