Equity, Diversity and Inclusion Consulting

The Massachusetts Department of Elementary and Secondary Education (MADESE) has a strong commitment to improving equity across all their programs. DWL helped MADESE revise their afterschool quality assessment tools (the SAYO and APT) to better reflect practices aligned with equity, diversity and inclusion. Then, DWL designed and facilitated a series of in-person workshops for 21st CCLC grantees and other education leaders to support their work in intentionally building equity, diversity and inclusive practices into their programs.
